i have theese wicks that i got, would they work for like the first week or should i just stick to wattering them? i think i would have to cut the cup like a inch off the top. and do i just set a bowl of watter under it and have the wick just sitting in it
only way a proper passive wick system works is when using multiple wicks and using a soilless medium such as coarse perlite is the best to use in a wick system and the wick system is really only truly good for clones not sure if I would use it for watering a vegging or flowering mature plant.
