seeds legal in what states?

    the possession of seeds (alone) is legal or illegal in your state? think its mostly the south thats illegal.....

    possession of seeds is still illegal in ALL 50 states

    16 states( I think that is the total right now) offer a prosecution defense to medical patients, that is all.

    it is still a fed law but not enforced. it is a petty offense if anything in most state laws, probably a hanging offense in texas so don't go there. i have never seen so much paranoia as on these boards. if it made me feel like that i'd skip the whole thing. or is it the excitement that is so attractive? j

    well i think people ask so many questions here to give them piece of mind in real life. this is like fight club, we need to be informed so were ready. only then does paranoia subside.

    i live in texas and have never been caught but had a few close calls so i went to legeal shit but if you get caught with any thing little like a pipe i looked it up and its a max of 6 months in jail
