I was wondering if small plants need just water or nutrients too my plants are getting about 7-8" tall and are looking good but just wondering? PEACE OUT!!!
If they're older than a couple weeks then it's generally okay to give them a dose of vegging ferts at 1/4 strength.
The only problem with those is that you can't really be sure how much nutes your plants are getting...but if they're working well for you then why stop a good thing.
They also can create fert "hot spots" where the fert stick is..but hey if they work for ya....run with it...
