I have 10 seeds I am planting in the next few days for an outdoor grow but I want to grow them inside for the first month to avoid any weather conditions harming my young plants. My question is what type of light and how many wattage should I use to grow a plant for a month before I transplant it outdoors. I had planned on using a couple 28 watt fluros from Home Depot 2 feet long but I wanted to make sure this would be sufficient wattage before I purchased them. Thanks!
