Seedings and MH lights

    Can you start seedings under a 400w MH that is about 24" away

    i started mine under my 250w MH about a 1 1/2ft away just make sure u got a fan blowin across the top or she will be dead! but 2 feet sounds good!

    I just use a CFL light if only doing a couple of them if more then I use a T5 light set up.

    2 feet is good if you see stretching then lower it, that simple
