Update, After a week SVOC responded to my email. This is what they said. Better then nothing I suppose. That is if they follow through. Since you don't have tracking which is proof of purchase, the only thing we can do is a 50% off rate, we don't make the seeds ourselves we can't just send you any order without proof of purchase...if you choose not to reorder we can send you freebie packs that we have from some breeders, thanks for understanding
that's good man, seems like they're definitely making an effort. and given their position in this situation, quite reasonable if they never received payment.

You are absolutely right, I should have never sent money that way Unfortunately I have no way to get to a post office due to my situation. I took a chance because in the last 10 years I have never had any problems sending cash regular mail, even over the holidays in cards that may be a target by postal employees. The instructions clearly state that priority mail with tracking is recommended but not required. I think when they receive envelopes regular mail it provides some of their dishonest employees with the temptation and opportunity to steal. Also, how does a tracking number guarantee that I sent money along with my order. It only proves they have taken receipt of the envelope containing the order. They made a gracious offer to send me a few freebies for the $200 ++ I lost. I would have liked to have posted a positive comment to end this thread but they did not follow through. I suppose that got lost in the mail too? So much for your reputable seller.
I am extremely happy to report that today I received the freebies as promised by SVOC. Four different varieties, 12 seeds total. They also sent coupons for future purchases. It has been a long, long wait but they have redeemed themselves and I will doing all my purchases from them in the future. Priority mail only! They have restored my faith in mankind and I am very happy to be posting this message. THIS IS A REPUTABLE SELLER!!!
First off, I do believe they are reputable and have had good dealings with them in the past. It's true they recommend you send via priority, but if sending via regular mail has been a problem then they should say they don't accept payments via regular mail at all. I'm in the same situation now. I sent in an order via regular mail two weeks ago and haven't seen my order yet. Yes I should have sent priority but the site only said they preferred priority and it worked out find in the past. Good to know there are other companies that accept credit cards, and websites where you can check stock online (and it's updated regularly). I've ordered from them in the past and their in stock list was not updated, so I had to go with my third or fourth choice. I don't know how this will end up - still hoping I get my order - but if I don't I'll likely not order from them unless the deal is very good. Yes, my fault for sending cash via regular mail, but I think they could change their practices to better safeguard their customers' transaction or at least add a stronger disclaimer about sending cash via regular mail on their site. I think there's something to be said for companies that have a website you can order from directly, get an order number, know if it is in stock or not for sure, etc. I hope they consider changing their practices as a result.
Very well put. They should do a complete overhaul on their ordering procedure and clearly state "PRIORITY MAIL ONLY." There are many vendors that have a "cash only" procedure with email feedback on order status. SVOC keeps you in the dark during the whole process. Reputable? perhaps. Mismanaged for sure. Sketchy to say the least. I honestly believe that any envelopes, filled with cash, sent regular mail are targeted by employees for theft. What could be easier then to claim they never got them. Try sending a priority mail order sans cash and see what they say then! I hope they don't give you the same runaround. Good Luck.
Damn I messed up. I sent in my order to seed Vault of California with no tracking number as well. Its been several weeks. I emailed them and haven't received a response? Any tips? I was hoping everything would go smooth with this company so I could find a good supplier.

You have to be persistent. I had to send repeated emails over several months before I got any results. They did finally send me 12 seeds, 10 of which were male. Too much time and lost money. If you find a better vendor please let me know. Thanks and good luck. <IMG_20161225_151217.jpg>

So how long does it usually take from them receiving money to ppl getting seeds? Sent my money overnight with tracking and it got there last Friday. Usually GLG or JBC get to me in 3-4 days so not sure when to start hassling these guys. Idk why the can't give you a "we sent your order" email, it's not that fucking hard especially if you're sending them $250+ basically on blind trust. Not a fan of this process but they were the ONLY place I could find Bodhi Goji OG and Blueberry Hashplant.
