Its hempfest the cops do not care. I was at one of the stages and some kid had a bong so i needed his piece and i was taking mad rips out of yesterday and Seattle PD walks by, they looked but that was it, just kept walking as kept drawing. Would be so nice if it was like that everwhere
If you want to make a shitload of money at hempfest buy as many swishers as you can, set up a spot near the trail and sell those things for a buck a piece. I did that 2 years ago with a buddy and we made a nice little profit
