Demonstration Notice March 14, 2011 At 1530 hours, 14 March, Embassy Manama received confirmation that foreign military elements are entering Bahrain along the King Fahad Causeway from Saudi Arabia. Embassy Manama is advising all US citizens to remain in their residences until further notice due to the ongoing demonstrations and reports of violence throughout the past 24 hours.
I hate TV news. I just watched a report on growing violence in Bahrain and not a word of Saudi intervention. They just said there are "reports of security forces beating up doctors and protesters." Damn CNN.
