there's this water pipe that comes out near our grow area pretty close, i dont think anything comes out of it, are there city workers that come down here often if thers a pipe like that?
i'd say you would probably be good man so long as you got lots of light for your plant, and if you LST than it will be a little closer to the ground, less likely to be noticed
