Ryder Cup (After match review)

  1. Europe takes the Ryder Cup from the Americans.

14 1/2 points were needed and that's exactly how much the Europeans made.

    G. McDowell did well to fend off Hunter Mahan, and it was kind of embarrassing for E. Mollinari go all squre with Rickie Fowler after being 3 up with 3 to go.

Tiger Woods did very well to get a full point from F. Mollinari, S. Stricker also did very well to take a full point from L. Westwood.

McIlroy was lucky to halve the match with Cink.

Bubba never looked too comfortable in European soil.

    J. Overton did VERY well to take full point from Fisher.

Poulter was great, so was his opponent Kuchar, but Kuchar needed a bit more than good swing, he needed great swing.

Mickelson was lucky to have won, otherwise it would have been a rather embarrassing Ryder Cup appearance for him.

Zach Johnson looked like a winner from the beginning, while his opponent Harrington looked quite lost out there.

Dustin Johnson did very well to beat Kaymer.

Luke Donald looked a bit shaky at the end, but he did manage to get a full point from Furyk...

Overall, the Europeans played much better golf and they deserve the cup.
