Does anybody else here like to run barefoot? I recently started and after a few weeks I can run so much faster My five mile run time went from 38:52 minutes all the way down to 33:12 minutes and I feel like I have way more endurance, better balance, and I feel more aware of my surroundings the only bad thing is people stare at me like I'm the craziest guy in the world. Has anybody heard of Vibram Five Fingers: Discover the Barefooting Alternative I'm thinking of getting them for a little protection from the heat.
