Running and abs

    So I'm going to start running 4 times a week

    But I do not know any ABS workouts or how many times I need to do them

    advice?

    I'm working on lower body

    Next week I'm starting to workout my abs
     
  2. google medicine ball ab workout menshealth, its pretty good covers most of the exercises and you dont even need a gym, just a medicine ball a yoga mat and maybe a partner, and do planks
     
  3. Best ab workouts I do are squats and deadlifts.
     
  4. The P90x ab ripper x is very good
     
  5. I just hit my upper abs with weighted crunches and my lower abs with knee/leg raises
    Also if you can do one or two Dragons flags they are the best ab workout on earth
     
  6. a chinup bar works wonders
