Does anyone know of a tutorial on how to convert my rubber grommet bong to a glass on glass bong or is all hope lost?
Find a GonG downstem that will fit snuggly into the grommet, as far as a full on conversation with no grommets involved... forget it.
Should slide out but if it hasn't been pulled out in awhile it's going to be tough, and those ones are usually pretty thing so you may break it. Just pull and wiggle, you may have to take the grommet out with it in order to get it loose.
Get it wet and it slips out like a fart. I put both index fingernails under each side and pull gently, it should pop right out. Every other way I have tried I can't even get it to budge. Let me know what size down stem you go with, I am in the process of fitting one to my rubber grommet piece.
