Ron Paul Driving GOP White House Campaign

Discussion in 'Politics' started by aaronman, May 9, 2011.

  1. I hate to bring up an older post, but to say the constitution is black and white is ridiculous. It is often ambiguous as hell, especially 200 years after it was written.

  2. Examples please because I disagree.

Like I said, If you can't coherently formulate your argument using your own words, than obviously the argument doesn't have any merit to begin with. I'm NOT going to waste my time clicking on a collage of irrelevant links to clearly biased pro-free-market organizations. In fact, nearly all of MJU's links were from an Austrian school of economics represented organization.

Objective sources would be a nice start.

If people feel compelled to make unfounded attacks on the integrity of my posts, then I will attack back. Simple as that.

Again, another unfounded accusation of plagiarism. Typical. Of the entire gaggle of Ron Paul supporters, the only person who actually attempted to address my post in a meaningful manner was aaronman (of which I will respond to his retort later). I give him mad respect for that. Instead of attacking me as a person, he actually makes an effort to address the argument itself. Great job, man!

  4. ^^^^ this trolls not been booted yetz?

  5. Why boot the only opposing viewpoint on this forum? Are you a fascist or something?

  6. We can't ban someone simply for offering, as he said above, opposing viewpoints.

Unlike the United States Government, amongst many others worldwide, we actually need just cause before taking drastic action.

    :p

  7. Correct me if I'm wrong but I thought Ron Paul was a conservative? In that original article the OP posted, it says he's a liberal.

  8. he is an original (classical) liberal, a true conservative, a libertarian:cool:

  9. How ironic. You support fascism movement (Obama) and yet, you bashed libertarian person and call them fascist. Good job, you don't know what you're talking about with your lack of knowledge on political systems.

It's clearly you who has no idea what they're talking about. Feel free to respond to any of the previous arguments I made. I wish to be be enlightened by the comprehensive and esteemed, ever infinite knowledge you hold regarding the field of 'political systems'.

  11. Stop the press!

CNN: In a new development- A key political player has dropped two bombshells with one statement...

    *Public in uproar-

    Public:

Meanwhile... The independent media seems to be picking up a groundbreaking story...

Independent Media: Yes Tom, it seems that in recent developings, the United States is undergoing plans on how to increase the size of government, while propagating the idea that their intentions are to bring about positive diplomatic relations with the rest of the world... The 1,000,000 page legistlation, mostly with fillers of copied and pasted information from wikipedia, details a blueprint on world government; where the Elite are the Shephards and the general population are cattle-Mindlessly steered away from happiness, prosperity, freedom, and true liberty.

Hold... Hold... Oh my god... Why... It's...

Ron Paul: Thank you for having me Tom...

  13. Yea, sorry, it's hard to take someone seriously when they copy something word for word without citing where they got it. I think the technical term is plagiarism.

This is why i hate the grass city political forum, the libertarians on this site ridicule, harass and call people plagiarizers (to anyone who opposes libertarian views), and when nothing is done to fix this, the poster takes things into his own hands defending himself...then he gets reported and written up. Moderators are clearly positively biased toward people of libertarian views. Peace.

  16. That guy was plagiarizing tho...

And there are plenty of socialists/statists who garner respect on here. From my experience it's the dicks that get ridiculed and harassed, regardless of ideology.

Just goes to show, the Grasscity populous is easily fooled!

The link you posted being evidence of my 'plagiarism' is an obvious spam site - littered with ads - that crawls pages and copies articles from posts on other websites. Although I'm flattered that they found my post worthy of inclusion, I am the original author.

That's why on that link, there is no name of any writer, no name (or date) of any publication or blog, and NOTHING that separates it from my post at all. I don't plagiarize. I write my own words, which is less we can say for you guys.

If you actually look at other articles on that website, you will see that they are copied verbatim from other more defined and respected publications.

I clarified this before, but since you guys don't like to read (education is lame), I guess you overlooked it.

The million dollar question: how can you guys be so dense?

  18. And the sheep fall in line.
