    They sound pretty cool.
They imply that you can plant the cube and not move it (perhaps for her whole life).
If you use the paper towel (shot glass) method, you germ it, move it to the Jiffy plug (one move) . Move the plug to its 2nd home (Plastic cup(s) (second move) Move the plant to it final home. (3rd move).

Now I put up a germination thread and nobody suggested placing an engorged jiffy plug directly in the soil and placing a seed directly in the soil as they do with these rockwool cubes.

Anybody know much about rock wool cubes? Anybody ever use them?

What are they actually made of?

    Is there a sticky?

  2. Yeah they are pretty cool when you get them they are tiny and I was like what the hell?? and 5 mins after you poor water in them they quad there original size and perfect for putting seeds in there , transplants well also

  3. and they arnt sticky

  4. rockwool cubes are great. ive had 100% success rate with them in germination. makes for a very easy transplant as well

  5. We did a grow from clones and when we got them they were in dirt in the cubes. They make germination much easier, and once your roots start to outgrow the cube you just put the whole thing in some dirt and let it go.

  6. Hey Maine Chronic. Nice to hear from you. Followed you for a while couple months back. Thought you were gone.

100% Thats pretty high. Do you put the seed directly in the cube or germinate it on a plate first?
