Rock Wool?

    I got my hydro set up today, and it came with 4 blocks of rock wool. It says you can place a seed or cutting in it, give it 25% diluted nutrients, and it will root in it. Ok, so how do you get the sprout out without damaging the roots?

    why would you take the sprout out of the rockwool?

    To put it in the rocks that came with the set up, right?

    i put the rocks around the rockwool in a smartpot, holds more water than just tron

    I guess thats what they ment it for. Makes sense, and gives it more structure.
