I used to love to do this to my boyfriend...until we got into an accident and i had to wear a neck brace for two weeks. No joke. Sure, it's taboo, and it's great to see the guy's reaction - some crazy concoction of joy, fear, apprehension, and...oh yeah, joy, but is it worth other people seeing and possibly crashing? Nahhht so much.
