Recently our local restaurant and bar, Mingles Bar and Grill, was sold to a new owner. All of the employees were fired, and everything changed. The new location was only open a month before being burglerized, and closed shortly after. The restaurant is now for sale, and we've decided to buy it. We hope to bring the bar and grill back to its former glory under a new name, Right Brain PhilanthroPub, centered around charitable practices. Half of all proceeds from food service goes directly to local charities. From pale ales to double bocks, each displaying their own unique notes. As far as we're concerned, it's a mouth full of symphony. Recipes from traditional brews will go back through the roots and offer historic classical flavors. Abstract brews will push the boundaries of brewing and expand the perception of what beer can be. We do not know if Picasso drank beer, but if he did, we would want to brew it for him.
