basically, take the root ball outta the old pot, check that it's not rootbound (loosen it up if it is), and pot it up in a bigger pot with new soil around it. After that water it real well.
Depending on the size of the plants just dig around it pull it out then dig a hole in the new soil and stick it in. Its alot sipler then you would think.
