Maybe... My guess would be bureaucracy. How many people make money off this charade? Plus, it's "free" money from the taxpayers who seem to support immigration laws.
how about we bring back all of our troops from Iraq/Afghanistan, and stick 'em all on the borders. They would be doing a hell of a lot more for national security here than turning more and more arabs into terrorists when we blow the fuck out of their town
