Yeah just judging by the pic the flame doesn't look very powerful or long. I'd go with a Vector Nitro if you have the extra money.
Hehe my friend bought one of those from a local headshop for 20$, and it broke a few days later. The flame was too small and took forever to heat a nail anyways.

get a torch from Bed Bath & Beyond and call it done. $30 bucks witha lifetime warranty, if it breaks take it back and get a replacement no questions asked. why bother with anything else? except maybe a Blazer Bigshot with a warranty, those are some badass torches
