red stems, leaf tips curling under, help?

  1. so i have a problem obviously. My plants are about two weeks into flower under a 150W HPS and are bagseed. over the last week the leaf tips have started to curl under but thats not the only problem over the last two days the leaves also started to droop but the soil was still moist. so i figured if i flushed the soil it would correct any problem so i did so and the leaves perked back up but the tips are still curling under. and now i noticed the stems for the fan leaves are turning purple/red but only on the top, the under side looks fine. so instead of me trying to fix it and maybe/probably screwing them up further i figured i would just ask all the smart people on GC! so what you guys think?
i know pictures would help so as soon as i find my cord i will get em up.
