red and blue spectrum

  1. which one is good for veg. and which is good for flowering? im gonna be using cfls so whats the best kind to buy?! also i know their not gonna say red and blue spectrum on the box so what do i look for? yeah i know you guys probably explained this before but i need the info as simple as possible! PLEASE HELP!:confused:
     
  2. Simple answer? Look for color temperature....6500K veg, 2700K flowering.

    They may call 6500K "daylight", and 2700K "warm white".
