Where's your aeration? ProMix doesn't have enough perlite. Figure that out first.

40% peat
30% aeration
30% ewc

Cup per cf with your amendments.

Rock dust is a must, your almost their just keep reading.

No, without o2 in your root zone nothing will grow.

Don't skip out now, perlite, lava rock, rice hulls are all cheap and easy to come by. It's a waste.

What size containers and how long have they been in their? How often do you water and how do you treat your water?

It's not that the will die, it's more like they will never grow as they should. Very stunted stressed plants don't make for good smoke. Sort it out before you flower.
