Reason for card?

Discussion in 'Medical Marijuana Usage and Applications' started by scynt, Sep 15, 2010.

  1. I was just watching campus pd and this girl got pulled over for broken taillight. Cop walks up and asks for I'D and other stuff, smells weed on her and she said she has a card. Shows it to him he asked what medical reason she had it for, she said she did not wish to discuss her medical problem. Cop smirks and lets her go. Can cops ask that? Can you just simply say you don't want to talk about it?

  2. He can ask, and you can tell them you won't discuss it...it is MEDICAL and none of LEO's business.
