Your absolute favourite really old school game? For me it's gonna be Sam & Max: Hitting the Road. Cynical, sarcastic, sadistic, intriguing... downright hilarious. One of the best games I have ever played. http://101videogames.files.wordpress.com/2009/06/sam-max-box-art.jpg This game was released 3 years after I was born.. in 1993 and I still enjoy it!
most definitely Golden eye for 64... and i have some really good memories of yoshi's island for Snes.
Bart Vs, the Space Mutants nuff said classic Nintendo. Other then that there are so many titles for the Super Nintendo and Sega like Mortal Kombat, Jurrasic Park, Sonic. Playstation and Nintendo 64 are ancient already by my count.
Ultima IV, which came out in 1985. I still have nightmares about the swamps and they were only green x's-but in my mind, they were horrid.... Ultima IV: Quest of the Avatar - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Full Throttle, came out in '95 for PC Could spend hours playing it with my dad, haven't played it in a while though.
Sonic 2, for sega genesis. Or for more modern games that are getting older, halo 1. Amazing, groundbreaking game.
Rockstar ate my hamster. (for the Amiga system IIRC) A friend got me a copy I could play on the Commodore 64.
1990 is ancient? Geeze louise you kids are YOUNG.... I miss playing SINISTAR and TEMPEST in the arcades. DISKS OF TRON was awesome too, especially in a stand-up full-environment machine. Oh and the original STAR TREK sit-down machine was great. THOSE are ancient. I was 19 in 1990...
