They look done to me. At this point it's basically up to you. Check out the glands and cut it when your preferred percentage of amber is in the gland heads. There's still minimal pistil activity so you could let it go another week or so. It may put on a little more weight. I'm never one to cut anything down early. I let my last indica that was supposed to be an 8 weeker go 10 just to make sure it was at peak potency and I wasn't jumping the gun. Once you've been growing for a while and have a stash built up you have the option to let it ride and see what happens in the later stages of flower. The plant will continue to grow new glands the amber ones are just the oldest. I've only had one strain that is actually 100% done at 8 weeks. Everything else liked at least an extra week or two past that to fully ripen.
