RDWC pump filter?

  1. Hey guys setup my RDWC system. I added in my nutes and got everything settled for the transplant tonight.

One thing I'm debating is running the filter on the water pump. As every time I change out the nutes the filter clogs due to the nutes turning into suit for the first day or two.

I'm on the premises that the filter is to keep out debris so if I take it off it will just be getting silt every now and then

  2. Absolutely run a filter on the return line before the input of the pump.

  3. its a gravity drain rdwc, pumping from the res to the buckets

  4. Steal a pair of nylons from your wife/girlfriend, place the pump in side one, tie off, done!
