i saw an interview with snoop last year and he was smoking weed. from what i know rappers that dont smoke weed are 50 cent, andre 3000, tyler the creator, u-god, gza, lupe, i dont think dre does anymore either

Uhm. Wiz is far from the greatest stoner alive. So he has the money to smoke all the time, big deal. Sorry man, but just because you see him blazing a bunch, doesn't mean he's the biggest pothead. And as far as the charts go, music nowadays isn't about being yourself anymore. It's about image, and trying to be good at something. Call me crazy, but Wiz isn't even a good rapper. He only raps about weed, and his uncle is Snoop Dogg. He's got a "Little Homie" type of persona. Not tryna hate on Wiz, cause that homie seems tight as spandex drawers; but the reasons for which he is known are feeble and undeserved. But hey, for every original person that doesn't buy his music, there'll be a quarter million trend-following saps that do. Now. Rappers that smoke(d) the ganj.
