Every time i check Facebook, i see people who "changed" their profile picture. And there is a handful of people are ALWAYS on there. But the thing is, they never change their picture! it's always the same one! So now I'm sitting here wondering if people actually "change" their picture with the sole purpose of showing up in peoples news feed for attention?
