Quitting cigarettes

  1. I really appreciate the.support. my first morning has been rough, somebody offered me a whole pack earlier for free and I turned it down. Wow lol this thread gave me a little more inspiration. This bowl helps too.

    I wonder how much weight ill gain

    You know when u quit everyone is gonna be throwing em in your face, damned if u do..
     
  4. Easier said than done, but you'll be good as long as you find a good thing to replace it with. Takes 21 days to break a habit, and 7 to begin one
