Quick Question for the Pros...

  1. we have just finished building the box, now one quick question. we plan on painting the inside "flat white", but we were wondering if it matters what color we paint the outside. I don't think it would matter, but i figured i would ask. The box is built out of plywood and 2x2 for the frame.

  2. Yeah, you want to paint it bright red, just kidding, any color or none at all it won't matter to your plants, on the other hand the more it blends in with the surroundings the more stealthy and visually apealling.

  3. doesn t matter what color u paint it so long as its painted or sealed in some way.

leaving exposed wood puts u at GREAT risk of developing a mold and/or fungus problem.

  4. It just may!
Don't paint your box black (or just very dark) on the outside and put it in rays of the sun, or the box will get very hot and experience wild temperature swings.
I think white is the least inconspicuous and practical.
