    Used QF 6.2 Batch #ST183B19A on 7/6/18 @ LABCORP facility.

    Passed with no issues. I cannot speak to # of panels, DOT or non, but it was for pre employment.

    Asked to empty pockets, no pat down or person in bathroom with me.
