Hey GC I was just wondering about clones... Eventually I wanted to be able to have a mother plant that I could clone off of and I just had a couple simple questions. 1. Could you keep one plant under 24/7 constantly for as long as you want or would it eventually give out? 2. Is it better to clone off of Veg or Flower stage? And if you clone off of flower stage does it reduce your grow time? [Like could you harvest more often if you clone a flowering plant?] Thanks for your time guys, Im just trying to get some basic knowledge on cloning.
24/7? i heard of people keeping them under 20/4 or 18/6 for like a year or so ... the only reason the mother would die would be at the end of flower... so dont let her get there. and i dont believe you can take clones of flowering plants.
By 24/7 I just mean all day every day light to keep her in veg... Ok cool, so I could keep a single strain going as long as the mother stays in Veg. Thanks bro I appreciate it.
