    I was wondering people that grow and sell to mmj despenseries do they have to report it on their taxes? My friend and I were arguing about this I say they do he says they don't so I was hoping maybe one of you blades know? I already checked google and found nothing.

    They have to have a licence to grow and sell it to dispensaries, so yes.

    If you are transitioning from "other means" of supply then taxes are something which needs to be factored in, along with license costs.

    If its income, and it's quasi-legal; then yeah, the man will want his cut...
