I've never done shrooms, but from my experience with psychedelics i suggest tripping with good friends, cuz then its pretty fucking hard to have a bad trip, especially on something as euphoric as shrooms. If u do start having a bad trip tho, just try to chill, try to think of happy thoughts, change your setting, call someone. I find tripping out at my $3000 saltwater aquarium turns any bad trip right side up, but watching tv should be good too. Happy trippin'
Yeah Benzo's helping to slow and calm trips is legit. Same thing the ER will do pretty much, if someone were in there while trippin, atleast.
