I'm out of lortabs AND weed soon and won't be able to get ahold of more until tomorrow. I need a similar high off something over the counter. I can't take benadryl or tylenol PM's they make me sick as shit. Just had surgieres too, in a great deal of pain, so any over the counter recommendations that might mellow me out?
