Hi, I'm just wondering I ordered a glass pipe and I live in canada, I ordered the product on november 12 but in the order status page my product is still not shipped... is it normal??? Do they need to make the glass pipe when we order one or they have a bunch of em already done??? Thanks for any help!
unless you give us the site we really cant help shipping usually depends on availability ive had this happen to me many a time if it never ships contact your credit card company
