Alright well i have seen that term used a lot, and from what i know it is when u tie down or pin down some branches to expose more of the plant to the light to induce more growth from the middle so it is more of a bushy plant. But i have a few questions like when do you start LST'in and when do u stop, and what do you use to hold the branches down. Basically could someone almost tell me step by step how to LST a plant. I go from the fourth set of real leaves all the way to finish just manage the canopy to where all the buds are pretty much even doesnt mean you have to keep it pinned to the dirt the whole time
