Question about Colorado & Washington

Discussion in 'Apprentice Marijuana Consumption' started by KushMastaFlex, Nov 9, 2012.

  1. Does anyone know what the rules will look like in terms of foreigners or tourists wanting to purchase marijuana? Is it only going to be for citizens or everyone over the age of 21? From Canada, so just curious. Stay high :smoking:

  2. I can't really see them enforcing any type of law that says that you HAVE to be a citizen in order to enjoy the privileges. Like what are they gonna do? There is still a law against public smoking. So as long as you're smoking inside, there's really no way for them to even know, is there?

  3. Yes, anyone over 21 will be able to purchase when the law goes into effect.
