    does it look worth $40 ? With a stem and bowl also just not in the picture.

    Looks good to me. Would have purchased this at $40 if I needed a bong...! Talking about the size if it's 14 inches then it's definitely great :)

    If the seller needs cash low ball them at 30 and go from there but 40 is fair.
