Ok, so in the past i grew outdoors only. Lighting is going to be new to me, so ive done research on the new leds ect, read about the spectrums a bit yadayada. Right now I'm under 4 cfls 8 inches from 2 inch seedlings, setting up a fan today. I have 2 ballasts, well 1 and a half. The first is a sunlight solutions mh/hps 400w, small, well built looking, no switch even though the local ponics store kept telling me that's Not right, that it has to have a switch to go between hpsb/mh. The other is a Ballast kit, m1000/SUPER5-KIT. 1000 watt capable of all voltages. wiring things, setting up a fan and simple case for it would Be no issue. im just wondering If it's even the hassle of using it for my final 2.5x3 flowering section.
