Hello I just recently bought a grow box off line but the grow medium was forgotten in shipment. Their is a hydroponics kit in the box the grow medium was forgotten when shipped. i was wondering if i could use miracle grow perlite as a grow medium for a hydroponic set up. If I can use miracle grow perlite will it fall through the net pods when i try to place it in, if so what could i do to allow a seed to germinate and grow through the perlite and toward the water for nutrrients. Sorry if this is confusing I was looking for rockwool but they do not have at Home Depot, just need a way to get set up.
