Quick question to you veteran 4M members from a 4M new guy... What is the significance to the number "420" behind a lot of member's screen names? TIA. BB
Theres tons of pothead folklore so to speak around the number 420...some say its some city's police code for marijuana smoking (or similar..?) some say it was some secret codeword highschoolers used in the day to know itwas time to smoke, and perhaps 4:20 was the most reasonable time to do so.....Im sure if you did a web search on it you'd find somevery interesting info about the origins...but basically theres no single positive origin above all the others.... its just something that's only really significant to stoners...theres nothin like celebrating on april 20th at 4:20..
