I haven't purchased seeds in over 18 years. Is it safe to buy in the US? I am leary about buying through the US mail. Is it safe? Are there any festivals in the US or Canada where I can go to purchase seeds? I see that there are many people selling seeds but which are legit and which are not? Why is there such a price-range for seeds? Is it legal to buy seeds in Canada? Thanks for your help. Sammy bo-bo
