What a disappointing aggravating product. They have sent three batteries. The first two did not work The third one worked once, but not for long enough to even put the concentrate in the pen. They have readily sent two new batteries on receipt of videos. They must know these batteries do not work. Please, do not buy this product.
They really have quality control issues over at Puffco it seems. Their new product the peak has gotten nothing but complaints and this sounds really shitty too. I have had the Puffco pro 2 for a while now and while I haven't had any issues, I also don't use the thing super often
The fourth battery came today and worked briefly. The whole contraption went in the trash. The Puffco pen is of no use to me if I can't trust it to work. Total waste of time, energy and money.
