Problems?

    The lower canopy of my plant is not growing out very much, is this a problem? Is it getting enough light?

    No you need better lights.

    Using two 100w replacement bulbs and two 150w bulbs

    What should I use then? The kind of bulbs I'm using are in the comments already

    Your plants are over stretching, they're wanting more light, get something and quick.

    Cheap led, hid or hps.
