PROBLEM to acces ''my account''

    i cant acces to ''my account'' theres a problem with Magento enterprise i cant access !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and check my order status it always pop a page with an error saying '' there has been an error processing your request'' im very very worry :(

    Hello ,

    Are you talking about the Shop User Control Panel ?
    What is your username on Shop ?

    I get a similar problem. When I clicked "View All" next to my order status, at the bottom right hand of the shop page, I get this message.

    There has been an error processing your request

    Exception printing is disabled by default for security reasons.

    Error log record number: 420620103221
