got arrested for possessionidk if im on probation or not but iv been clean 18 days i have a fast motabalism, iv passed drug tests in a week before a test but it was a home test. idk if i should smoke i want to take just one or two hits but i dont want to fail a drug test for court b/c im waiting on a letter to tell me what will happen and ik ill have to pee when i go in probably. will there be enough thc in my system to show in a drug tes5? ik theres a cut off so idk. advice/help needed. ps: if this is in the wrong section move it edit:sorry if i dont make sense im slightly drunk(not worried about brreathalizer)
Your best bet is to walk away from the weed now. You will probably get 2 years probation and have to drop. I ended up locked up for 90 days in a behavior modification rehab because i dropped dirty. I would rather do 90 days in county than that place. I was on felony probation and it wasn't a drug charge but I guarantee they will be dropping you for possession.
