I will soon be facing felony charges, unrelated to drugs, might face prison time (possibility of getting out of it), and will surely get probation. I am wondering if any blades know if you still get drug tested on non drug offenses (never had a drug charge either). I will consult with my lawyer when I see him next, but I think I could get a quicker answer here. EDIT: I am in California if it makes a difference.
